Clients are individuals and as such they have differing needs and preferences. It is my responsibility to provide the service that ensures clients meet their goals in a way that is most appealing to them.

Get Trained “Anywhere”

I will work with clients at whatever location suits them. I enjoy training outdoors in all weather or I have the exclusive use of a private gym. If it is more practical I can bring the gym to you at your home!

I am flexible and diverse in the types of training I can offer. This could include circuits, CV, Vipr, Kettlebells, med balls, weights…
